Forge Legacy
These terms cover your use of the Forge Legacy app and website, operated by Forge Legacy LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
You need an account to use Forge Legacy. Keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your ranks, records, honors, chapters, photos and written reflections are yours. We store them so they follow you between devices. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not sell them.
You may delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from Account Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Never charge for history. Everything you have already logged stays readable and yours, whatever plan you are on and whatever plans exist in future. A paid tier can gate new work; it will not hold your past behind a paywall.
Forge Legacy is a training companion, not a medical service, and nothing in it — including any program, cue or suggestion generated by the app's coaching features — is medical advice. Programs are generated from general training principles and know nothing about your medical history.
Consult a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
You keep ownership of what you post to squads and feeds. By posting, you grant us the limited licence needed to store it and show it to the people you shared it with — nothing wider.
Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks this, and squad owners can moderate their own squads.
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's data, or use the app to build a competing dataset. Automated scraping is not permitted.
Forge Legacy is free while we are testing. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel today.
When paid plans arrive, we will state the price and the terms in the app before anything changes. Purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple under their terms, and refunds are handled by Apple. Ranks, records and honors are earned through training and cannot be purchased.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may discontinue parts of the service; if we discontinue something that holds your data, we will give you a way to get it out first.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Forge Legacy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from training. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
These terms may change as the app grows. We will surface material changes in the app before they take effect.
